Alfred A. Knopf/Random House: NY, 2007. The illustrations are the main event in this book. The text is language you would use for any baby and toddler. The humor comes from the text alongside the exaggerated pictures. Some of the sentiments still seem very true, and there is some Maine flavor in the story. There are some great pictures: changing the diaper, Toddie's bath, sugaring day, and my personal favorite, Toddie blending in with the fall trees.
