I have been taking notes for years about books that are wonderful. As a mom and homeschool teacher, I have found that it is necessary to provide books for children. Especially for kids that are not in love with reading yet--think about what interests them, search for books, and hand them a selection. Maybe even read them yourself. Your excitement will be contagious. One of the greatest joys of reading is sharing the books with someone-discussing details and speculating about possibilities.
